Ferret Music has signed Corona, California based Christian metal act Underneath The Gun. The band, which started when some members were only 12 years old, previously released two independent albums. Guitarist Trevor described the band's sound in the press release:

Our goal for the music we write is to bring a pretty aggressive metal approach, but giving our own feel to it without limiting ourselves to one particular genre of metal. We also strive to write lyrics with a meaningful message about what we believe in a way that we feel everyone can relate to.

The band is currently on the road with My Children My Bride and will play the Taking Back The Streets Festival in Pilot Mountain, North Carolina. In late August the band will hit the road with Don the Reader. You can find music and tour dates at MySpace.
