: I just got back from Less Than Jake at the Birch Hill in Old Bridge, NJ. Vinnie told me the sad news that the Suicide Machines broke up. He said either that or the bass player, Royce, left. We have yet to confirm any break up of the Suicide Machines. Also, "LTJ played two new songs, both were pretty good. They said they aren't playing Warped 2002, they are going to do their own headlining stint in July. JR said the new record will be out in the Fall, more than likely on Fat Wreck." About the new record, the band has about 15 to 17 new songs, 10 of which have been recorded as demos. Punkbands.Com is reporting that the record will tentatively be named "Anthem" and should be when LTJ has a break from touring.
