Isis recently unveiled plans to enter the studio to begin work on their forthcoming full length and follow up to 2006's In the Absence of Truth:
We are heading back into the studio in a few weeks to begin working on our fifth full-length album to be released via Ipecac Recordings (USA), Conspiracy Records (UK / EU), and Daymare (JP). We could not be luckier than to have the one and only Evil Joe Barresi to be at the engineering helm. Joe has recorded many of our favorite / loudest bands i.e. Melvins, Tool, Queens Of The Stone Age, Kyuss, etc. It's going to great to have him on board and can't wait to hear the results.
In December, the band will be performing at ATP and also hitting venues in the UK and Europe.
