Ruiner have an update on some of their plans for 2009:
Spending eight long months on the road last year, 2009 will see Ruiner shifting their focus a bit and writing, writing, writing. "This year is going to be more focused on making music", said vocalist Rob Sullivan. He continued to say, "All of the touring we did last year pretty much laid the groundwork for us to be full-time road dogs again after we record our next album for Bridge Nine, which is already in its beginning stages."Additionally, Ruiner will enter the studio this month with J. Robbins to record a cover of Oasis' "Morning Glory" for a split release with Hawks and Doves (ex-Planes Mistaken For Stars). This will be released on 7" on Vinyl Collective's Under the Influence.
The band released the collection, I Heard These Dudes Are Assholes., last year. They will be touring with Agnostic Front in April.
