The Measure [SA] have announced some fall tour dates leading up to their appearance at The Fest 8 in Gainesville, FL over Halloween weekend. The jaunt includes stops at Hub City Hardcore Fest and Best Friends Day, as well as a few shows with The Gaslight Anthem.

The band is currently writing for their second full-length, with hopes to release the record in early 2010 on a soon-to-be-announced label. When released, it'll be the official follow-up to 2007's Historical Fiction, though in the meantime the band has released the Songs About People…and Fruit 'n Shit EP and a collection entitled One Chapter in the Book: A Collection of Standard Waits and Measurements, the latter of which is currently streaming at the band's Punknews.org page.
