A number of you wrote in with the news that former Ten Foot Pole and current Pulley singer Scott Radinsky was named the bullpen coach for the Cleveland Indians. Radinsky is a former Major League pitcher who played for the White Sox, Cardinals, Dodgers, and Indians. He spent the last three years as the pitching coach for the Indians Triple-A affiliate.
Manager Manny Acta had this to say:
He's done a great job for this organization in Triple-A. He shows a lot of passion and knows what it takes. He has a good knowledge of the game and a great personality. He's one of those guys who players tend to gravitate toward. He's a good complement to our staff.
Pulley released Time-Insensitive Material this year and have three shows in the coming weeks. Along with his musical and sports projects, Scott is a longtime patron and founder of Skatelab in Simi Valley, California, a skate park and museum.
