Drummer Chad Cleveland has amicably parted ways with Cobra Skulls, releasing this statement via the band's MySpace page:

"My sincerest thanks to everyone who supported us in anyway. Being in CS has been the best experience of my life. I met more amazing, thoughtful people and friends, than I ever imagined. My biggest thanks and wishes go to the two that make it all happen, Devin and Adam, best times ever. Life's a garden, dig it."

The band has recruited Luke Ray to replace Cleveland for their upcoming tour dates; Ray notably spent time hitting the skins in Nothington and Only Crime.
