Richmond, VA melodic-hardcore group Landmines entered the studio yesterday to begin work on their next LP. This will mark the band's second full-length release on Paper and Plastick; the first being their self-titled debut. Recording will take place at Sound of Music Studios in Richmond, VA; where the band will be self-recording/engineering the record with the assistance of longtime friend and Smoke or Fire frontman, Joe McMahon, over the next week and a half.

Landmines' prior release was a digital-only EP, recorded with Matt Allison in Chicago. No word yet on a title for the upcoming record, or expected release date, but we'll keep you posted
