"German railway company Deutsche Bahn has forced hosting provider Internet Service Europe to shut down the Punk Page webserver. On the site www.punkpage.de was an article located describing how to sabotage the German nuclear railtransports. The sites punkpage.de and punkpage.net, which was hosted on the same server, are now down. The site punkpage.nl is still up but doesn't work properly. Earlier this year the ISP XS4ALL lost a courtcase becouse they hosted the same article, and Indymedia NL becouse they linked it. In a letter to Deutsche Bahn, Punk Page webmaster Peter Barton wrote that although DB has won these two courtcases, and succeeded in taking Punk Page down, the article will never be eliminated as long as they will keep on supporting such environmental-unfriendly and dangerous things like nuclear transports. The article is now still online on tens of other sites, which can be found using any search engine. It is expected to have Punk Page back online within a few days."
