Boston's Junius have signed to Prosthetic Records. The band, who were described by Rolling Stone as, "a perfect hybrid of Neurosis and the Smiths," previously released music on Radar Recordings and The Mylene Sheath. The band commented on the signing:
We've been excited about working with Prosthetic since meeting most of the guys in LA on tour last year. We're grateful that we seem to have good luck in finding people who are equally passionate, motivated and most importantly, believe in what we're doing enough to commit their time and effort to allow us to continue doing what we love to do. We're definitely looking forward to some very exciting and interesting years ahead.
They last released The Martyrdom of a Catrastophist in 2009.
