Rolling Stone is reporting that former Soundgarden vocalist Chris Cornell and former Rage Against the Machine members Tom Morello, Tim Commerford and Brad Wilk have reformed as a band and dubbed themselves Audioslave. Cornell and the former Rage members were to be in a band called Civilian, but the group split due to differences between Cornell's and RATM's managers. They are now back working, with neutral third party management, on their debut album, which should show up next year on Epic Records.
