Your favorite noise-punk outfit named after a French new wave film from the 50s will soon be returning with a new album. The Los Angeles-based 400 Blows will release their first new album in five years. The record is titled Sickness and Health and is due out August 23, 2011 . It's the first new album from the band since 2005's Angel's Trumpets and Devil's Trombones released on Buddyhead Records.
