In an interview with Rock The Walls, television host/motivational speaker/noted partier/occasional musician Andrew W.K. revealed that he's in the process of recording a new album. No other details yet, but we'll keep you posted. In the meantime, you can click below to listen to the interview clip.

Andrew WK's most recent studio album was Close Calls with Brick Walls, released in Japan in 2006 but kept from the rest of the world until 2010. In the interim, he's stayed active in Japan, releasing albums of J-pop covers and covered music from the Gundam series, as well as a new age, solo improvisational piano album that AllMusic called "like most of his projects, kind of ridiculous and kind of amazing."
