MxPx has posted a trailer for Both Ends Burning, a new DVD that: "captures MxPx at a crossroads in their seasoned career. Directed by Bryan Buchelt, this documentary not only follows the band's struggles in the face of the new touring climate, it also looks at the legacy and impact that Mike, Tom, and Yuri have had on the music industry, fellow bands, and their fans." It's due out December 1, 2011.

The band will celebrate 20 years together in 2012 and are planning a new album for 2012. The record, their ninth is the formal follow-up to 2007's Secret Weapon and the album is being produced by vocalist Mike Herrera at his Monkey Trench Studios in Bremerton, WA and features drummer Yuri Ruley who left the band last year.
