According to a live report from Live The Scene, The Gaslight Anthem's Brian Fallon recently shed some light on the band's next full length and debut for Mercury Records. During a solo performance in Boston, MA, Fallon said that the band had completed writing the album with recording to follow (presumably early in 2012). Plans are to see the album released in July 2012 ("maybe September, but probably July").

Gaslight Anthem released iTunes Session this year, and American Slang in 2010. Fallon released Elsie as part of The Horrible Crowes and also embarked on several solo tours including The Revival Tour.
