Rolling Stone recently reported that Foo Fighters guitarist (ex No Use For A Name) Chris Shiflett has recorded more than twenty songs with his brother bassist Scott Shiflett and drummer Pete Parada (both of Face to Face) for an upcoming side project. Chris Shiflett told the magazine that the new music is guitar pop. The trio recorded at Los Angeles' Sunset Sound and West Beach studios. Shiflett has been finishing up the vocals producer Chad Blinman's (Face to Face, Get Up Kids) home studio. The band has not yet been named. The Shiflett brothers recently collaborated in the side project Viva Death. No label has been attached to this release as of this time.
