Circa Survive has announced the beginnings of the Violent Waves Tour. The run will feature support from Touche Amore, O'Brother and Balance and Composure and is expected to kick off in the middle September and run till the end of October.

The tour is in support of Circa Survive's album of the same time - Violent Waves - which is due out August 28, 2012. The band has opted to release this album themselves after two previous releases through Equal Vision Records - 2005's Juturna and 2007's On Letting Go - as well as one major label release with 2010's Blue Sky Noise.
