Run For Cover Records has signed Ann Arbor, MI's Pity Sex. The label describes the band as:

Foggy, lo-fi noise pop and fuzzed-out, blown-speaker walls of sound, all with their own Midwestern emo subtleties. Situated somewhere at the convergence of Dinosaur Jr., Sonic Youth and Hum, the bands quietest moments are defeated reflections with plaintive instrumentals. Its loudest are desperate cries washed in searing, reverb-y overdrive.

Their 2012 EP, Dark World, is a pay-what-you-want download via Bandcamp. The band has also begun writing their debut full-length for Run For Cover.
