Folks, we've had a lot of laughs with our pal John Gentile. But today is the day Gentile has offended my honor. See, in his otherwise pretty great review for Tim Armstrong's Tim Timebomb Sings Songs from RockNRoll Theater, he derides Rancid's Let the Dominoes Fall as being of questionable quality, as if "LA River" wasn't the best song of the '00s. I simply cannot stand "LA River" being besmirched like that. As of such, I am shooting a stern glance westward, nearly 3,000 miles, to hippie-choked California.
