Chris Carrabba's (Dashboard Confessional) new band Twin Forks has announced tour dates in support of their forthcoming release Readies EP on Dine Alone Records. The EP is due out on September 17, 2013. Spin has posted a video for the song "Cross My Mind" that you can see here.
