That's a lot of band names for one measly headline. Today's first new review is from Gregg Harrington, who took in the Pittsburgh stop of the Alkaline Trio / New Found Glory / H2O tour:

The large venue was impressively filled with a strangely diverse crowd: grizzled hardcore kids mingled next to pop-punk high schoolers and normal-looking parents shared the smoke-filled air with awkward social outcasts.

Then, Renaldo Matadeen checks out the new collaboration from My Fictions and The Saddest Landscape, When You Are Close, I Am Gone:

This collaborative split, however, proves a pretty good representation of both bands, with TSL offering a typical and non-varying delivery on what they've come to establish. My Fictions do manage to strengthen an extra layer of ferocity to, what I assume would be, a very loud shout out towards making their mark known even more in the hardcore realm.
