Geoff Kresge has announced his departure from Tiger Army. In a statement on his Facebook page, he said:

Tiger Army has been off the road since the end of 2008 and has not released an album since the year before. The fans all around the world have been hungry for new music and tour announcements for the past five years. I've finally accepted that if I want to remain a full-time musician, it's time for me to move on.

Since Music from Regions Beyond in 2007, frontman Nick 13 did release a solo album called Nick 13. Kresge had been with the band since 2000; before that, he was in an early version of AFI up to the release of Shut Your Mouth and Open Your Eyes.
