A release date has yet to be announced, but a documentary entitled "Let There Be GWAR" is in the works. It will detail the life and times of your galactic overlords, GWAR. Following the death of Dave Brockie last March, the long-running band from the planet Scumdogia (by way of Richmond, VA), recently held a "viking-style funeral" for Brockie's character, lead singer Oderus Urungus, at the band's annual GWAR-B-Q. The band also debuted a new singer, Blothar (portrayed by Michael Bishop, who was also the original Beefcake the Mighty), and has announced plans for an upcoming tour.

GWAR's last album, Battle Maximus, was released in 2013.
