Legendary British amplifier company Marshall is getting into the smartphone business (for some reason). While the company's previous forays into Bluetooth speakers and headphones -- while handled by third party companies -- seemed to fit with the brand, the smartphone is more of a surprise.
The bigger surprise is the high price, with the listed price at SEK4,995, which works out to just another $600 US. It includes some custom music applications, two headphone jacks and front facing speakers, but otherwise is a fairly standard Android-based phone.
