Samuel North, who operated Traffic Street Records as "Sammy Thrashlife" from roughly from 2009 through 2011, has been arrested and charged with rape. Cook County, Chicago prosecutors have alleged that North sexually assaulted a woman in his van following a concert. If convicted, North faces 4 to 15 years in prison. Bail has been set at $30,000.
