Thurston Moore of Sonic Youth has announced that he will be release a collaborative track with Bernie Sanders… sort of. The track will be on a flexidisc released by Joyful Noise Recordings. It's called "Feel It In Your Guts" and features Moore playing an acoustic guitar with clips of Sanders' speeches layered over top of the music. The release is authorized by the Sanders' campaign and it is a benefit release for the campaign. However, to get the release, you have to donate directly to the Sanders campaign and then submit proof to Joyful Noise that you made a donation, and the label will send you the disc. The suggested donation is $27.00. According to the label, they cannot donate directly to the campaign as they are a corporation and the Sanders campaign does not accept corporate funds.
