The people over at The Militia Group just sent me this note about Deep Elm Records band Brandtson:
"Last night (5/28/03) someone very cool (note sarcasm) broke into our friend Matt's, from the band Brandtson, house and stole all the band's money! This was a day before they were supposed to leave for their national tour. Well today (5/29/03) they get in their van and attempt to drive to their first show in Chicago, and wouldn't you know it, their van breaks down. Now the band is stuck without any money, no van and a 6 week tour that they might not be able to do. If you are the type of person who would like to donate to the "Get Brandtson back on the road" fund - please make a trip over to www.paypal.com and make a donation to matt@brandtson.net."
