Every year, PETA2 hosts the annual "hottest vegetarian celebrity" contest where voters can vote on who is the hottest vegetarian. This year the winners were AFI's Davey Havok and Riverdale star Madelaine Petsch. The female runners-up were social media influencer Eva Gutowski and singer-songwriter Skylar Stecker. The male runners-up were Blink-182's Travis Barker and alt-hip-hop star Raury. Havok stated in a previous PETA2 video "No article of clothing, feeling of confidence, or otherness is worth the torture or the murder of an innocent creature. If you are wearing leather whilst not eating animals, you're still contributing to the destruction of the ecosphere." Previous winners of peta2's Hottest Vegetarian Celebrity contest include Waka Flocka Flame, Andrea Russett, Ariana Grande, Zendaya, The Wanted's Jay McGuiness, Mindless Behavior's Princeton Perez, and Fall Out Boy's Andy Hurley.
