Today, Punknews is pleased to debut the new album by J.D. Wright!

Lake Effect is the Michigander's solo debut and boy does it bear the marks of the heartland. Wright takes the soulful gruff of Mellancamp and Springsteen and adds a little bit of punk edge, ala Dave Haus and the Gaslight Anthem.
