Seth Progression Writes : We'd like to welcome a new addition into our family today. Counterfit, an amazing band from San Diego, California has joined the ranks of Negative Progression Records. Counterfit can be said to have similar qualities to the Alkaline Trio and Mock Orange but they take this rock sound to a new level. Featuring a former member of Connecticut Hardcore giants, Sum of All Fears, Counterfit has the musical diversity to incorporate technical skills, raw energy for a rediculous live show and plenty of Rock. Counterfit will be playing ALL OVER California for the next few months and will be going east in the fall/winter to spread the love. These guys are the best thing since sliced bread so check them out! These guys sound pretty good to me, I hope to see more of them. Negative Progression's latest release to date, Over It - The Ready Series, is an awesome record so it looks like there is a bright future for Negative Progression Records.
