Joe Strummer & The Mescaleros' Streetcore is out on Monday October 20th in Europe, 21st in North America. A single for the song "Coma Girl" will be released in Europe on Monday, August 6th. It will include live bonus tracks and a video for the song.

Nekromantix has begun working on songs for their new record. In the meantime, The Horrorpops (who, at least in a past incarnation, featured Kim Nekroman and his wife Patricia Day) will be playing their first US date on Wednesday August 27, 2003 in Las Vegas. The band's website is reporting that they have a new single titled No name! out in September with the songs "Ghouls" and  "Psychobitches outta Hell." More US dates will be announced soon.

Rancid's Indestructible is out next Tuesday. Hellcat will release a two disc red vinyl LP for the album. The band plans to head to Europe later this summer and will return for a fall US tour with Tiger Army.
