This week, former D Generation guitarist Richard Bacchus was arrested and charged with simple assault and injury to personal property. Allegedly, Bacchus hired an Uber driver, but during the ride, began acting erratically. It is further alleged that Bacchus then ordered the driver to pull over on an exit ramp, got out of the car, and then began kicking the car, attacking the driver, attempting to steal the car, and using racial slurs. Reportedly, the driver was better equipped for the fight and beat Bacchus fairly severely with little injury to himself. A bystander called 911 and Bacchus was arrested. The driver chose to remain unidentified.
