We are pleased to bring to you a Punknews exclusive premiere of Santa Cruz, CA's Give You Nothing. Give You Nothing blends together classic melodic skate punk and hardcore seamlessly into their own unique sound, directly pulled from the music and sounds they grew up listening to. Today, we have the first single, "Reflections" from their upcoming Self-Titled album, see below to view and read a quote from the band on the video. The album will be released through Snubbed Records(US) and Umlaut Records(UK) on May 1st, 2019.
The band contains ex-members of Downpresser, Uzi Suicide, At Risk, No Truce, and many more. They will also be playing a few shows this spring, see below.
We set out to record our first video from our new record for the song "Reflections." We wanted to try to capture the high energy of our live shows and make a video that captures our personality. We didn't want to have one of those stuffy and overly serious videos.
