NYC's Madball has signed to Thorp Records. The band just finished recording a new four song EP at Blue Meanie Studios and is on the road as part of the previously announced Rise Of Brutality tour. The upcoming EP is appropriately titled NYHC and should be available in January. It will include three new songs, a Spanish version of "Pride (Times Are Changing)" and exclusive video footage of interviews and the band in the studio. Martyr Records has announced that they will be releasing the 7" version of the upcoming EP early next year as well. The band's statement in the press release said "This will only be a taste of what is to come for Madball. 2004 is Madball's year!"
