As pointed out by comedian Sam Tennent, Morrissey is selling records that he signed on tour. Interestingly, some of the records that he has signed are by other artists, including David Bowie, Iggy and the Stooges, Lou Reed, and Patti Smith (Moz has previously stated that each of these artists influenced him a great deal). He's selling those for $300 each. However, you can also buy records signed by Morrissey that he recorded for $200 each.
