World/Inferno Friendship Society is going to release a cassette compilation of early demos and other rarities. It's called A Recollection of Works in Progress. Side A is: "A Collection of Works in Progress [tracks 1-9]. A repress of World/Inferno’s original demo tape “A Collection of Works in Progress,” originally released as a run of 25 tapes in 1993." Side B is "Works in Progress in 2 Acts [tracks 10-18], A collection of never before released alternative takes and other rarities from 1993-1996." You can hear Side A right here. The physical version is out Friday at the band's annual Hallowmas in Brooklyn via Don't Panic tapes.
