us that Bracket is in the studio recording their new album. There's a journal of the progress on their website. Here's the latest:

After over a year of writing and recording demos, we officially started recording our new album (no title yet) last week. The first step was getting Ray to fly out here to California from his home in Colorado. He's been practicing these songs a lot lately in his mysterious "drum basement". So he came out last week and we "holed up" at Trailer Park Studios to record all sixteen of our new songs. There was a lot of drumming, recording, and eating going on, but not a whole lot of showering, shaving, or changing of clothes. It was a lot of fun, but the studio smells kind of weird now. We'll be returning shortly to start working on recording a wall of guitars, a wall of bass, and walls of vocals.
