According to Jackson's website, they're now performing under the name Jackson United. The site artwork does not yet reflect the name change, nor do their recent tour announcements, so we're not sure of the details or reasons for the renaming. The band, a side project of Chris Shiflett (Foo Fighters / Me First & The Gimmie Gimmies), now also has a new lineup. Drumming is Cary Lascala of Communique, on rhythm guitar is Doug Sangalang (who's played in Screw 32/Limp/One Time Angels) and Omen Star is playing bass. For their first EP the group included Face To Face bassist Scott Shiflett and Saves The Day drummer Pete Parada. You can find a review of that record here.
