Punk In The Park has announced its first-wave lineup for this year. Descendents, The Vandals, Dead Kennedys, Black Flag, The Exploited, T.S.O.L., Adolescents, The Dickies, and The Dwarves will be playing. Punk In The Park will take place on May 4 at the Cow Palace in San Francisco, California.
