"The Washdown's drummer, Heath Dupras, has left the band and has been replaced with Mike Allen of New Roman Times."
Click READ MORE for the band's statement. The band is currently on a West Coast tour leading up to their appearance at this year's South By Southwest music festival. Click READ MORE for those dates, as well. The band's debut full-length, Yes To Everything, comes out this Tuesday on Lookout! Records.

First and foremost, Mr. Heath Dupras has left the band on completely amicable terms as of about a month ago. He is going on to pursue other life interests and we wish him the best of luck. Playing with Heath for the last 2 years has been a blast! We love him and we will miss him very much. Mike Allen of New Roman Times will be taking over on drums, which we think will prove to be exciting. He is a brilliant person and an equally brilliant musician. If you had a chance to attend any of the Elefant tour dates in Florida this week, you witnessed this young man and what great ability he has. Bravo! Viva La Diego!!
