Yet another installment of the saga that is the war between the Dead Kennedys and Jello Biafra is upon us. This one comes in the form of an apology to fans from Jello for the poor sound quality on the newly released Live at the Deaf Club that came out earlier this week. Apparently Jello claims that the sound on this album is worse than the live cuts on Give Me Convenience. Jello also had this to say about the artwork "it's a dumbed-down version of the good stuff Winston Smith and I made, but now it seems deliberately designed not to offend anyone. Sad.
"Jello would like the DK fans to know while he expressed his concerns to East Bay Ray, he never acted upon them and thus released a subquality product. He also wants to apoligize for the "Making of In God We Trust Inc." DVD which apparently only contains 22 minutes of actual footage.
