Rolling Stone has reported that the Pixies will be releasing 15 live albums, one from each date on their upcoming North American tour. The records will be pressed at the shows and limited to 1000 individually numbered, foil stamped copies, with the exception of the Coachella Festival where 2000 copies will be made. Half of the pressed albums will be sold at the shows, the other half can be pre-ordered through disclive.com. All of the albums will be double CDs and feature artwork individual to each show.
