Vancouver's The Smugglers are headed down to California in May for a week long jaunt they're calling the "Suntans Are For Winners Tour." They'll be sharing the stage with bands like The Groovie Ghoulies, The Knockoffs, Red Planet, Fabulous Disaster, Black Dahlias and Phenomenauts.
