The Muffs have a new record on the way, their first proper full length since 99's Alert Today, Alive Tomorrow.. The currently untitled album is expected on August 10th from Five Foot Two Records. Singer-guitarist Kim Shattuck posted on the band's website "We are very happy with it! In fact, this is the happiest we've been about a record since Blonder and Blonder." The Muffs recently completed a set of dates on the US east coast in April.
