Megalith Records has announced four new releases that are expected to arrive later this year. There's no set release dates for these records yet, but here's what's known:
The first release will be by Houston, TX based Los Skarnales. They'll be releasing a record titled Pachuco Boogie Sound later this year. The artwork and tracklisting can be found on their website. Following that is Portland, OR's Uprite Dub Orchestra. The band just released a record this month titled Dubrite. The release title listed at Megalith is Takeover. More info should be available soon. Next is Vancouver's Los Furios. The band will hit the studio for a few weeks in May to record.
Finally The Toasters have a release on the horizon titled the Dub 56 Compendium. This will be a re-release of 1994's Dub 56, including every song available from the various versions of that record that were released in the past. This should include Japanese remix tracks, songs recorded live in LA, an additional live Californian show recorded on the Skavoovie Tour and all of the songs that featured vocalist Coolie Ranx. It will likely be a double disc, although exact details are still to be announced.
