The lineup for Little Steven Van Zandt's International Underground Garage Festival has been announced. The show will be headlined by Iggy And The Stooges, the New York Dolls, The Strokes and Bo Diddley. Other bands playing the event include the The Pretty Things, The Raveonettes, The Mooney Suzuki, The Romantics, The Electric Prunes, The Chesterfield Kings, The Fuzztones, The Cynics, The Stems, The Chains, The Singles, The Contrast, The Woggles, The Boss Martians, The High Dials, The Forty-Fives, The Shazam, The Cocktail Slippers, The Star Spangles, The Charms, and the Flaming Sideburns. The winner of Steven's ongoing Battle Of The Bands will play the show also. That winner will be decided on July 23rd in a show at Irving Plaza in NYC.

The International Underground Garage Festival takes place on August 14th at New York's Randall's Island. Tickets are 20 dollars and available now. On top of all that, the organizers are claiming the event will "set the world record for most go-go dancers appearing in one show."
