Montreal's Union Label Group will be having an Anniversary Party at "Le Swimming" on Thursday Feb 1st. This year will mark the 6th anniversary of STOMP Records and the 1st for the newly merged Union Label Group. Performing bands will include the STOMP All-Stars, The Datsons, Subb, and The Planet Smashers will perform new material from their forthcoming record. Also performing will be Mitch Girio from King Apparatus and Freddy Reiter from New York Ska Jazz Ensemble. Also, The Planet Smashers have begun pre-production for their upcoming record with Mitch Girio of King Apparatus producing. A video will be ready by late March. The the band has recently been invited to play on the Sno Jam 7 tour, beginning March 15th in Vancouver. The yet untitled record is slated for release in Mid- April.
