LA based artist develoment brand No Earbuds just released the details to a new charity compilation series. The series is called Earbudz, Volume One and it will be available this Friday on Bandcamp. The 20-track collection features the No Earbuds roster covering eachother's tracks with 100% of the proceeds of the sales going to The Last Prisoner Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to cannabis-related criminal justice reform. Connecticut based rockers American Thrills just released a "campfire" acoustic version of their track "Regular Blokes", featuring AJ from the Dangerous Summer. The track will be dropped on limited vinyl on January 29th, 2021. See below to check out the track.
New Jersey punk rockers Jon Caspi & The First Gun, have released a new digital single called "She is Fine" and it features the punk rock legend Dez Cadena (of Black Flag, Misfits, FLAG). Cadena became an official member of Jon Caspi & The First Gun in 2016.
According to Caspi, "The song is about a moment in relationships with which we are all familiar. A guy notices his girlfriend has a bad look on her face. He asks, “What’s wrong?” And she says…here it comes… 'Nothing. I’m fine.' She is Fine is about the guy who lives in fear of his partner’s discontent."
The song will be part of a vinyl release later this year. Check out the song below.
East Coast pop punkers Quiet Like A Thief just released a their second single titled “Window Pain”, see below. The track will be released on their debut EP sometime in spring 2021.
Singer/songwriter Divided Heaven is releasing a brand new track called "Baby In The Band" right over here at Punknews. The track is an emotionally vulnerable track produced by Tim Van Doorn in Antwerp, Belgium. The release is out now digitally through Bearded Punk Records.
