The Burnitdowns, Appreciation Post, Birdmonster

Toronto country-punk band The Burnitdowns have posted four new MP3's from their upcoming album, The Ugly One on their MySpace page. The album is due out March 3rd.

The Appreciation Post will be streaming their new EP Brighter Sides in its entirety on their PureVolume.com Page this week only. They have also announced that their new videogame "EXCITEVAN" will soon be available.

Stand Up Get Down, Jeff Caudill & The Goodtimes Band, The Slizzies, The.Radio.Sky

The newest Topshelf Records release, Stand Up Get Down's We Have Something To Celebrate is about to be released and you can preview two tracks at the Topshelf Records MySpace and the Stand Up Get Down MySpace. Once the song "Giants" reaches 1,000 they label will post another song from the album.

Jeff Caudill & The Goodtimes Band posted their version of Big Drill Cars "Swanson" on the band's MySpace page.

San Diego's Slizzies have posted their debut album online for free download. You can grab Slizzies Going Steady, including B-Sides, live tracks and demos here. There's 30 tracks in all.

The.Radio.Sky, featuring former members of Silence the Epilogue and Welton , today released have posted media for their debut EP Tracing Phone Lines. You can hear "Gold" and "Invisible Cloak" the band's MySpace page along with the EP's artwork.

Boston, MA-based Kill Conrad have posted one track off of their upcoming self-released EP, 32 Short Films About Nothing In Particular. The 5-song EP will be released March 4, 2007 at Boston's Middle East Upstairs with fellow MA punks Far From Finished, The Pug Uglies, and Sinking Spells. Zach Walks Away, Men As Trees, Vicious Cycle

Zach Walks Away have posted a new track from their upcoming, so far untitled, album on their MySpace page. The band is currently finishing the recording process, and has been posting the progress of the album on the MySpace page as well.

Michigan's Men As Trees are gearing up to release their first EP, From The Crow's Nest Looking Out. The EP will be the first release by upstart New Jersey label, _____ forest records, in a run of 100 copies. The EP contains 2 songs and runs approximately 27 minutes.

Sudbury, ON's Vicous Cycle are currently streaming tracks from their new 7", I'm Watching You. The hardcore band has also posted some tourdates for upcoming Spring and Summer shows throughout Canada.

Former 52% Blind member Bradley McMillan is set to enter the Glengarry Music Mill Studio in late Feb early March to begin work on his yet to be named debut solo release. He has also posted a demo of the song "Lullaby" for download at his PureVolume page.

Hailing from the North Shore of Boston, melodic pop punk band Transit, have finished their first demo. The band cites Jawbreaker, Hot Water Music, Brand New, and Grade as their influences. You can check out two songs from the demo on their myspace page.
