"Hi kids! We're the Break! We're here to play cut rate punk rock with pseudo-anthematic lyrics and a singer who steals his voice straight from Chamberlain! Like us, please!"

This little blurb honestly sums up this band perfectly. There is absolutely nothing special about this group [unless you were a fan of Radar Mercury, who 4/5s of this band were in prior]. Their songs are bland and repetitive, and have no edge to them at all. This is the kind of punk rock that girls who wear "Boys Lie" shirts wear, and ironically the music imitates those girls - fat, ugly, and no personality.

The singer sounds like he's been listening to Chamberlain's "The Moon My Saddle" a little too much, as he's swiped David's vocal style almost perfectly. To make things even more scarier, he starts to sound like Matchbox 20's crooner, Rob Thomas, on some of the tracks. Blah.
